JP (2017, e.2020):
The site of these three shops was originally occupied by a large house with a garden. It was pulled down in the 1930s and became "Bellevue Parade", containing three shops: on the extreme left is now "Oliver's Lounge", next to it was for many years the "Lucky Parrot" but is now [2017] vacant, and on the corner the estate agents Knight Frank.
[[PB: Add something about the curious architecture, e.g. its urn and broken pediment.]
JP (2017, e.2020):
By the mid-1960s, (when I first lived here) this was Lionel Smith Removals; it was then Bellevue Interiors, and is now Olivier's Lounge. (Stephen has Siena as being here at some point, but I think they were at no. 18.)
JP (2017, e.2020):
Lionel Smith also had this as a general stores and hardware shop. He was followed by Penny's Hairdresser's, and after this it was the Lucky Parrot, a craft/gift etc shop. When the owner retired to Spain it became Tickled Pink, a similar type of shop. At the time of my original research [2017] it was vacant, and remained so for some time, but it has recently become Lotus Spa.
JP (2017, e.2020):
This was originally Randall Tools, and later a confectioner's. It then became Dean's Estate Agents, and is now another estate agent, Knight Frank.
